What is an eBlast?
In recent times, the only way to reach the masses (of people) were by mail, which is a direct marketing approach in which a letter or representation of your product or service was physically sent to a potential customer. Though that option yet exists, today’s technologies offer far more advanced and efficient ways of reaching audiences directly, through MUCH more cost effective measures. An eBlast is an Electronic Blasting of your effort/event information to a specified audience directly via the World Wide Web. It is in reality a marketing / promotional vehicle, it is not a sales vehicle. It will either act to introduce or reinforce an event, brand, product, service or offering. It will HELP build a relationship and HELP a person make an informed choice or decision, yet with only a few seconds of a persons attention, it will not answer every question, nor calm every fear. It should, if effective, reach an audience inclusive of those with a higher probability of interest and should encourage ‘them’ to review things further.
What types of eBlasting does Nationwide Ministry provide?
The Nationwide Ministry signature eBlast has a high percentage of influencers, primarily church and community leaders including: Pastors, Paid as well as Non-Paid, Church Staff Members, Business Owners & Christian Media Contacts, who literally influence 10,000,000’s worldwide. Our list does contain general church membership as well, yet our greater reach is within leadership.
What are my options with you if that is not my desired audience?
If church & community leaders are not your desired audience, then we encourage you to utilize our Engagement Option, in which we can tailor your campaign to reach any audience, in any city, within any state or province, ANYWHERE. We may further isolate your demographic within our Engagement Option to accommodate any geographical location, age group, gender or special interests. It is an incredibly robust option and definitively allows us to reach any audience you are trying to engage.
What do I need to get started?
Two things, a flyer as a jpeg or pdf which represents your product, service or offering and an applicable payment.
What are your flyer requirements? Do you provide the ad copy or us?
It is your responsibility to provide ad copy but we do provide graphic design services for an additional fee. Your event/efforts information should be contained in ONE flyer sent in the form of a JPEG or PDF file, yet any format should be sent as an attachment and not in the body of the email. Images / jpegs should be saved as close to 300 dpi as possible. Your flyer can be as long as you’d like it to be, but do remember that you only get a brief opportunity to capture a recipients attention and LENGTHY / WORDY emails often times get the lease amount of attention, you should keep your information simple and plain and lead recipients to a secondary source for full details. Please note that all flyers should be created in an industry standard program such as Photoshop and be free from Typographical Error or Omission, do always include the: Who, What, When, Where, For More Information & Associated Costs. It is our experience that if you create them in Word or Publisher the quality of your blast will be extremely decreased, in most cases due to clarity we can not accommodate files created by those programs, but if you must and the clarity issue is resolved then the rule of thumb you should follow is: no small fonts at all, all fonts should be as large and as bold as possible, images usually don’t suffer much. We send out all of our information at 600 pixels in width, you may send your information at that size or we will resize it for you at no additional cost. If you need a flyer created, we can do that for you at a rate of approximately $50 to $150 depending upon content. Again please note that when you submit a flyer for us to eBlast that we save it on our server, encode it two different ways and restate the details beneath the flyer in the proof, and often times have already placed it in as many as 10 locations on various social networks, in as much if you submit a flyer to be sent and then want to swap it out, there is an additional fee of $25 per changing of the flyer.
What are my payment options?
We accept Chase QuickPay / Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or any Debit Card transaction by phone and checks/money orders by mail. We also accept PayPal and American Express but there is a $3 per $100 fee assessed. Respectfully we do not accept eChecks through PayPal and due to the quick nature of our online options, we request payment before information is processed or sent. When do you send eblasts out?
We currently send out email in 3 times slots per day Monday through Friday and in emergency cases Saturday. Mondays at 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM | Tuesdays thru Thursdays at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM | Fridays at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM | Saturdays 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM All times are Eastern Standard Time. If a National eBlast is going out during a specific time then that slot is considered filled. We can accommodate multiple clients in a specific time slot Regionally, providing that none of the regions conflict with a given state reach.
How long does the process take?
Once a flyer and payment have been received, we will then begin the proofing process, once your proof has been approved we may then go over the available time slots. This process can take 2 to 3 business days depending upon work load, yet upon approval you may choose from any of including the first available time slot. If you MUST get your eBlast out within a 24 hour period, that is considered a RUSH order and in as much we charge a $50 rush fee for all 24 hour turn around services be it with regional or national eBlast services. Please note that once a flyer has been “submitted” for proofing, there is a $25 fee to swap out flyers for correction or alternate eBlast use. Proofs of your formatted eBlast MUST BE APPROVED prior to sending, either verbally or by email. We review campaigns as closely as possible yet it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that there are no grammatical or hyperlink errors included in the copy. Respectfully, every change you request ads on time to the finalization of sending and that with your paid order, you get one initial major change to your blast once received or requested and one minor change, additions after that for information to be listed beneath the flyer is $25 per change thereafter.
