The difference between our eBlast and any other eBlast service provider is that our list has a high percentage of leadership, currently 65% including: Pastors, Pastoral Spouses, Church Secretaries, along with other Paid & Non-Paid Staff Members. It is the perfect addition to any promotional campaign as not only does it reach one of the hardest groups to locate but also it reaches deeply within a myriad of organizations and ministries from coast to coast and beyond. It compliments and does not conflict with any other eBlast services reach and is the one of the most efficient ways of reaching the influencers of 1,000,000's. We are also excited to share that 97% of all whom have utilized our services, have at least seen their 'seed monies' returned, either in participation, offerings, ticket sales or registrations.
Our Service Options allow us to offer you a tailor made campaign that does encompass the use of OUR 'Nationwide Ministry Database' which is segmented by geographical region, and organizational affiliation; as well we offer a 'one stop shop' for other online demographics through our many affiliates and partners whose eblasts also have specific function and reach, be it national, regional or organizational. For example Gosple eBlast which reaches 160,000+ Gospel related contacts from coast to coast and beyond or West Coast region specific Cyber Fellowship who reaches 6,500+ in California, Nevada, Washington and Arizona. The beauty is when you speak with us, you are speaking to the leader in reaching leaders online and the representative of various other eblast companies the world over.
Our Blast time structure has changed, we now have multiple slots on a daily basis available for eBlast 'sends', for a current schedule and to check availability, please contact us at 773.315.5999. Getting information to our database in a timely fashion is our utmost desire. We are the most efficient and economical way to get the word out about your effort or event at the last minute, however it is our desire to present all information we send in a timely fashion 'decently and in order with a spirit of excellence'. Challenges do arise and unforeseen issues do materialize yet with respect to blasting, though we will accommodate any request as best we can our suggested times for sending are as follows:
Local event/effort – where you only expect local traffic and are doing two blasts , then one blast should go out as early as four (4) weeks out and then a reminder sent three (3) to seven (7) days before. If you are doing one blast then it is your option to send information out 3 days to 30 days prior to your event/effort.
Regional event/effort – where you expect individuals to drive from a one to five hour radius and are doing two blasts , then one blast should go out as early as six (6) weeks out and then a reminder sent seven (7) to fourteen (14) days prior to the event. If you are doing one blast then it is your option to send information out fourteen (14) days up to six (6) weeks prior to the event/effort.
National event/effort – where you expect individuals to drive in or fly in from around the United States or beyond and are doing three blasts then I would suggest one blast as early as six (6) to ten (10) months out, a reminder two (2) to three (3) months out and then a final reminder one (1) week to three (3) weeks prior. If you are doing two blasts then our suggestion is one blast two (2) to six (6) months prior and a reminder blast one (1) week to (3) weeks prior. If you are doing one blast then it is our suggestion that you send your blast out three (3) weeks to two (2) months prior to the event.
Pricing of our blasts vary but only to this extent, our blast is designed for ministry-focused and ministry-related efforts/events. If you have a business or ticketed event, you must call for pricing as it is not the same as the prices listed and is dealt with on a case by case basis. With the exception of network marketing efforts, we almost always can work something out.
Nationwide Ministry Regional eBlast pricing – regions are defined by state and to qualify we must have within our database a confirmed number of at least 1,000 or more pastors and leaders in that respective region or locale. Currently our regions include: IL, IN, OH, MI, MO, CA, NY, NJ, NC&SC, TX, FL, VA, DC, MD and GA. If you place an order and pay for multiple blasts which are identical in format then there is a cost reduction, pricing is listed below:

Please note if your regional blast has been set up and you wish to cancel $50 is non-refundable.
Nationwide Ministry National eBlast pricing – this database reaches in excess of 50,000 contacts from coast to coast and beyond. We now enjoy reaching many within Canada, the United Kingdom, several countries within Africa, Germany, Russia and more. Our site receives hits on a monthly basis from over 90 different countries. If you place an order and pay for multiple blasts which are identical in format, then there is a cost reduction, pricing is listed below:

Please note if your national blast has been set up and you wish to cancel $75 is non-refundable.
Video mail addition – send us your commercial or video clip, up to 5 minutes and we will host your clip on our server and you can then forward it as apart of your blast with us or you may also utilize the link for personal use. Clips must be sent in ‘ASF' or ‘WMV' format and once uploaded will remain on the server for approximately 3 months, pricing is listed below:

Special Affiliate Blast through Gospel eBlast - If you have a NATIONAL event or effort and you are looking to increase your reach even further then do consider an eBlast with our affiliate Gospel eBlast who reaches 160,000+ Gospel related subscribers in the United States and beyond.

Special Affiliate Blast through Cyber Fellowship - If your event is on the west coast or you are looking to increase your reach even further then consider also a blast with our affiliate Cyber-Fellowship who reaches 6,000+ Christian subscribers on the west coast in California, Hawaii, Washington and Nevada.

Rush orders – we understand that challenges do arise however if your effort demands immediate attention with respect to our eBlast services respectfully we request an additional cost of: $50 for Regional eBlasts and $100 for National eBlasts
Format for your flyer is very important. Your event/efforts information can be sent to me in the form of a JPEG, GIF, TIFF or PDF file, but either should be sent as an attachment and not in the body of the email. Images / jpegs should be saved as close to 300 dpi as possible. Please note that all flyers should be created in an industry standard program such as Photoshop and be free from TYPO, ERROR or Omission. It is our experience that if you create them in Word or Publisher the quality of your blast will be extremely decreased, in most cases due to clarity we can not accommodate files created by those programs, but if you must and the clarity issue is resolved then the rule of thumb you should follow is: no small fonts at all, all fonts should be as large and as bold as possible, images usually don't suffer much.
Graphic Design is available at a cost of approximately $125 per flyer for most design work done. Flyer creation usually takes 2 to 4 business days from payment receipt.
Please note that if a flyer that you create is not legible in the blast and needs to be replaced, there is a $25 change fee for each successive changing of the flyer.
Flyers for sending should be emailed to us directly at: Nathaniel@NationwideMinistry.Com , to ensure delivery you may also CC: MoreInfo@NationwideMinistry.Com or your may mail them if you desire, but they must be in a digital format (on diskette, CD or DVD.) Flyers you produce should be no larger than 600 pixels wide, with the understanding that that is our width format and flyers created larger than that will be shrunk down to accommodate that width, length is at your discretion yet please note that the more you write the less they read . Please note that in most cases we do add: who, what, when, where, for more information and associated cost information above your flyer in that you are allowed the option of highlighting minimal points outside of your blast. Currently I also request that along with your flyer, you provide in a word document or the body of an email, the specific ‘call out' information that you request we add outside of the flyer. Once payment has cleared we then assemble and craft the blast accordingly with all the pieces received.
Proofs of your eBlast formatted MUST BE APPROVED prior to sending unless verbally or by email that procedure is waived. We review things as closely as possible yet it is your responsibility to make sure that there are no grammatical or hyperlink errors included. In short we only need a flyer and a cleared payment to set up your blast and send it out, once things have been received it usually takes 2 days or 48 hours to get a proof to you for review, after which time and once you approve the blast for sending, it usually goes out within 48 hours the longest wait time was one (1) week yet that was due to large volume. We must stress that every change you request ads on time to the finalization of sending and that with your paid order you get one initial major change to your blast once received or requested and one minor change.
ANY and ALL changes after the final proof has been received are at a cost of $25 per change requested .
Payment Policies: With respect to payment, either you can request a (word document) invoice via email and a check or money order can be prepared and sent, or I can send a paypal invoice and the amount can be satisfied by credit card immediately on-line, yet full payment is required to slate your blast for sending. If you are sending a check please make it payable to: Nathaniel Jiles and not Nationwide Ministry. If you utilize paypal and opt to do an E-Check you must wait until the e-check has cleared before work can begin, it is much quicker to pay by credit card which is immediate.
